The International Symposium brings together partners and sustainable tourism
experts from around the world, who are dedicated to advancing sustainable tourism globally. The event is held annually and provides an opportunity for learning about best practices, innovations and developments in sustainable tourism, as well as the latest progress in research ongoing at sustainable destinations, on consumer trends and technology in resource management and efficiency.
The Annual Conference of Partners meeting of partners that approves the annual work plan and discusses the priorities and needs of partners (governments, private sector and civil society).
The annual event also provides opportunities for networking and interaction and to help shape the direction and priorities of the Global Partnership for Sustainable Tourism.
